small room inconvenient sink
The staff were friendly and helpful. They were always available. I enjoyed the bar and dining area at the hotel. IT was nice.
The room was VERY small. There was NO place to put my suitcase without it being in the way. The sink was in the middle of the room. This was not convenient. The bed was not as large as advertised. There was also no place for basic toiletries.

The hotel location was convenient. The staff provided excellent coffee at the bar. The hotel room was clean upon arrival.
The toilet in my room was not functioning properly. There was no kettle in the room (I missed my morning tea). The elevators often arrived full. A long wait was common.

mediocre stay with payment ISSUES
rude lady payment mistake
The hotel REALLY messed up our payment. They charged us on four separate occasions because they released a charge. At one point we were out of pocket a significant amount for a stay that cost much less. A rude lady attempted to explain an excuse , made no sense instead of admitting their mistake. The hotel has potential BUT I probably wouldn't risk staying here.
